Refund Policy


Thank you for spending at SoulFun. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are willing to help. To initiate the refund process, please follow the steps below.

Digital Subscription Products (e.g., SoulFun PRO)

If you stop using SoulFun but forget to unsubscribe from your SoulFun PRO, we will usually be happy to refund your latest subscription payment, as long as you have not used any credits or created any images since the payment was completed.

To request a refund, please log in to your SoulFun account and send us a refund request via the Feedback Form. We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity.

Digital Products (e.g., SoulFun Credits Packs, SoulFun PRO)

No refund if any credit pack and SoulFun PRO have been used. We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds. You have 14 calendar days from the date of the transaction to apply for the refund.

Non-returnable items:

  • Official Rewards
  • Used credits
  • Sale items

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt of your refund request, our staff will check your membership status to determine if it is eligible for a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card/payment method used for the purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
